Organic Apples

Organic Apples

At Tree To Me Organics, we grow a diverse selection of apples right here on our farm, including Ambrosia, Pink Lady, Pink Pearl, MacIntosh,         Ginger Gold, Yellow Delicious, Royal Gala, Davison Gala, and Boskoop.

Our apples move from orchard to table with very little distance in between. Enjoy them fresh from the farm, featured in our kitchen, preserved for later in the season, or worked into recipes that highlight the flavour of locally grown fruit.

Types of Apples & Flavor Profiles

Ambrosia
Sweet, crisp, and juicy with low acidity. Ambrosia has a mild honeyed flavour with subtle floral and pear-like notes. Excellent for fresh eating, salads, baking, and cheese boards.

Pink Lady
Crisp and firm with a bright sweet-tart flavour. Pink Lady apples have refreshing acidity and a clean, slightly fruity finish. Great for snacking, salads, baking, and pairing with cheese.

Pink Pearl
A unique apple with beautiful pink flesh. The flavour is crisp, juicy, and sweet-tart, with a lively acidity that works especially well in fresh dishes, baking, sauces, and cider.

MacIntosh
Juicy and aromatic with a tender texture and lightly tart flavour. MacIntosh apples soften nicely when cooked, making them especially good for applesauce, pies, baking, and cider.

Ginger Gold
Crisp and juicy with mild sweetness, gentle spice, and a slightly tart finish. Ginger Gold is an excellent early-season apple for fresh eating, salads, baking, sauce, and juice.

Yellow Delicious
Sweet, mellow, and juicy with a mild honeyed flavour. The flesh is tender and aromatic, making this apple a good choice for eating fresh, baking, applesauce, and desserts.

Royal Gala
Crisp and juicy with a mellow sweetness and very little sharp acidity. Gala apples are easy-eating apples that also work well in salads, baking, sauces, and fresh desserts.

Davison Gala
Sweet, crisp, and juicy with the familiar mild flavour of a Gala-style apple. A versatile choice for fresh eating, lunch boxes, salads, baking, and sauces.

Boskoop
A firm, richly flavoured apple with a stronger sweet-tart character and noticeable acidity. Its bold flavour makes it especially useful for baking, pies, sauces, roasting, and pairing with cheese.
