When we harvest our vegetables, pick fruit from our orchard, or snip fresh herbs, we are bringing in fresh, vibrant, plentiful produce.

What we gather takes a very short journey to our Bistro and Market; when we say “fresh from the farm”, we mean it. You’ll find organic ingredients throughout the Market to inspire your own creations. Ask around … our neighbours say we have the best asparagus in the valley, our strawberries have a delicious reputation, and our stone fruits are divine.

The take-home house-made culinary creations available in the Market pair perfectly with our produce and thoughtfully curated local products. The dishes in the Bistro are made with respect for the organic ingredients, letting the fresh flavours shine. Farm-to-table is our mantra, and organic is at the heart of everything we do.
